Carrigans Welding and Fabrication

The owner made multiple measurement mistakes, which resulted in a 2 week job taking 5 weeks, 2 failed attempts, and us leaving with a custom product that does not fit and which is unnecessarily larger than we requested. After trying to gaslight my husband (and only stopping when we pointed out we had witnesses for each visit/measurement on site), the owner was even rude enough to suggest that we should just pay more money to modify our vehicle to fit his design. We were happy to give him another chance to fix his mistake and receive a positive review from us, however he rudely declined and made it clear he thought near enough was good enough and he thought we could live with the product. This is definitely disappointing for something that cost $5k of our hard earned money.
