We had Carpet Pro Care clean the very old and smelly carpets as a last resort before pulling them up and replacing. I couldn't believe how well the carpets came up after James and team waved their magic. Best of all the smell has completely gone. James saved us thousands! Happily recommend their services.

What a relief to find a carpet cleaner in Byron that actually knows what they’re doing! I called Carpet Pro Care after 2 other cleaners came through and couldn’t get the job done in my investment property. They absolutely nailed it and also got older stains out that I thought were permanent. The drying time was minimal and James was super friendly and attentive. He even took the time to explain the cleaning process to me and addressed any concerns I had. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Had a cloud sofa cleaned by James, it was quite dirty as I have 2 dogs but after the clean it looked all brand new again. After seeing the result, I also had my 3 rugs and 2 mattresses cleaned and they are now all fresh and ready for the entertaining. I was really impressed how it all turned out and I have booked in my next clean after the holidays. Thank you James for the outstanding work and see you in 2 months!
