Set in a rainforest garden, the private studio is a welcoming and relaxed space that offers a personalised, professional approach with a highly trained and experienced owner/instructor who is passionate about helping people to enjoy Pilates. The fully equipped studio specialises in 1:1 private and semi private sessions that are tailormade for each client using a combination of mat and equipment/reformer based Pilates. Caroline offers a welcoming, non competitive environment where the emphasis is on high quality Pilates tuition that reflects each individual's goals and level of ability, helping to connect body with mind using movements that are functional, flowing and creative.
