How long are sessions?

The initial assessment session is generally 80-90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 50 min. or longer as indicated.

What does treatment involve?

Working together a thorough assessment is done and a treatment that best fits the individual needs of the client developed. The aims of therapy are to gain insight into the nature and origins of current difficulties, identify and challenge the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that cause distress and develop effective coping skills.
