About Carol Macrae Hypnotherapy & Reiki

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist trained in 5-PATH Advanced Hypnosis. I am also a Reiki and Seichim Master and Teacher and a Theta Healing Practitioner who uses a wide variety of techniques to help my clients Release old, self-defeating programs, thoughts, habits and behaviours for RAPID, PERMANENT CHANGE! I have been working with clients for over 35 years promoting health and wellness, and have been a Registered Nurse, run Fitness Centres with my husband for 20 years, (taught Aerobics, Gym Programs, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Weight loss Programs and Taekwondo) to help clients make positive change and heal their lives. 5-PATH Hypnosis is the fastest and most effective method I've found to realy help clients heal. Anything with an emotional cause can be healed, and this method used the most advanced techniques available. I've been teaching Reiki and Seichim since 1998 and have over 300 students, including over 50 Reiki Masters who have trained with me. REIKI is a safe, effective Japanese form of Hands-on Healing which balances all the energy centres of the body to promote deep healing of the body, mind and soul. SEICHIM is an Egyptian Energy Healing System and Theta Healing is also another type of Energy Healing. These work alongside Reiki to heal holistically, reduce stress and bring about everyday miracles in the lives of my clients. I LOVE Hypnosis and Reiki! Everything can be healed.
