Great to deal with. Quick turnaround and competitive pricing for quality products. Have used them for a range of products, ranging from posters to stickers and embroidered hats.

Get told a price on the phone then charged more. I questioned and got no satisfaction.

Terrible customer service by a woman with short hair, glasses and a accent. Unhelpful rude and dismissive. Still trying to work out what her problem was. This has cost this business a few thousand dollars. Bad form.
