Customer service excellent. Extremely happy with my cars repairs. When car returned clean on the inside and clean and shiny on the outside. I will definitely use this business again and would recommend to anyone.

Not only the work was great but also the way I was communicated with was highly professional helpful and friendly. It did take a bit longer than I expected but you know what businesses are still dealing with Covid and parts shortages mix that in with floods etc. Be patient with these guys and they'll do a great job for you! Thanks again and if my car tries to pick another fight with a tree I hope it will be near Cardiff smash repairs.

The manager, Jason is great. Not so great is an office lady, Tania (I think) who may be an owner (scary thought). She told my husband incorrectly my car would be ready on a certain day. When I called on the set day to check what time, she denied speaking with him, told me he must have rung the wrong place (he didn't) then said rudely it was our problem, nothing she could do. As we live in Queensland and had organised our trip back on her repair confirmation date, that we couldn't unwind from our end, so now we are 900k away with our (now finished) car in Newcastle. Not impressed. God only knows how they came to be a preferred repairer. Avoid this company
