6. COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS AND REFERENCES
a. CRG ensures that all Shortlisted candidates undergo a strict Comprehensive background check to safeguard an informed and accurate offer can be made. These checks include:
i. Three References obtained from Individuals that the candidates reported directly into over the last 5-10 years, highlighting key competencies of the role being offered.
ii. Identity Verification

iv. National Police Records

7. OFFER NEGOTIATION AND PLACEMENT
a. Offer negotiation is one of the most critical and delicate stages of any recruitment process. If either side pushes too hard, the whole process can be lost. CRG are expertly trained to manage expectations from both parties to ensure that the process is equally fair and enjoyable for both our clients and candidates and to ensure the best possible outcome.

a. At the end of the process, CRG will ensure that every non-placed shortlisted candidate is kept engaged and interested in your business for a minimum of six months. This means that all mapped roles will have a robust external succession pipeline as well as an engaged talent pool developing a positive public opinion of your business as an employer of choice.
10. THE CRG GUARANTEE
a. If any of our placed candidates leave / are dismissed within 3 months of placement, we will replacement that candidate at no cost to you. (T’s and C’s apply)
