Contacted Caramart caravans about an awning for our trailer, Doug rang us back with a quote within an hour, very happy with the product and price needless to say we ordered the awning. My Partner and I have been dealing with Laine and Doug from Caramart Caravans for a couple of months now for different things and thank heavens for that. Better service you could not hope to get anywhere else, all above and beyond the call. We just called in there a few minutes ago to pick up some poles for our annex and they were all ready and waiting for us. Just wonderful old fashioned service with a smile. We picked up our van after a complete re-sheeting due to hail damage van was in even better condition than it was when new everything was perfect plus a few extras completed!!! Thanks so much Doug and Lani well be back. Julian & Robyn

Had the displeasure of purchasing a van from this dealer. This van unfortunately broke down on our return to Sydney. We didn't even make it home. When I spoke to the owners shortly after the van broke down, they indicated that the repairs would be either our responsibility or they would chip in some amount. When I advised them that I had spoken to the department of fair trading they suddenly became aware of their requirements and agreed to repair the van. Was advised by the owners multiple times that our mechanical issues were originally not their responsibility as they were not 'motor dealers'. I note that their motor dealers licence would indicate that they are indeed motor dealers. The owners advised us that they had sold this vehicle on behalf of a friend, as if this was meant to excuse the complete and utter disregard for conducting proper checks and balances. We should have not been sold a vehicle in such poor condition, and would advise others to not do business
