Absolutely amazing experience with Caloundra Removals. From the moment I called to obtain a quote, the weeks leading up to collection these guys have been absolutely amazing. The customer service was great. The guys that did collection i could not fault one bit, the loaded everything so quickly and efficiently. The guys unloading were amazing as well making sure they put as much of the stuff as they could in the right places. Being a move from Brisbane to the Central Coast NSW I was expecting maybe a few little things broken but there was not a single but of damage. This is the biggest move we have ever done and the only time we can say damage free!! I would 110% recommend these guys to anyone moving local or interstate.

They were professional, friendly and very well priced compared to many other companies I had contacted for quotes. We moved from Townsville to the Sunshine Coast on a tight schedule and they were awesome. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Even a hectic driveway at the new place didn't phase them. Great!

We moved from Noosa to Armidale. We had a big house jammed with lots of 'stuff' art, camping gear, sports gear, furniture etc. Caloundra removals gave us the best quote, supplied boxes and advise, had a clear contract and basically did what they said they would do, and on time. The service was super friendly and everything arrived in excellent condition. I will never know how they managed to fit everything in the truck! The unpack was equally as good and the guys put the beds together, the TVs, washing machine etc, unwrapped all the delicate stuff to make sure it was fine and really, what more could you ask for. They were very careful with moving and made sure no walls were bumped etc., and they were so helpful. Thanks for doing a great job, guys!

Moved a 3 bedroom (with extras)house from Victoria to Sunshine Coast. The guys were fantastic. Turned up on time and delivered on time. Not a thing was broken! If I had to move again I will ring you first.

This was the first time in 40 years that i had moved out and in on settlement day, and i was dreading it a bit. The men arrived when they said they would. They worked hard and efficiently and had all my things on the truck in just over 2 hours. At the other end, they had another crew to help and the unloading - into the right rooms - took well under an hour. They were courteous, very helpful, and made the busy day so much easier. Fantastic service right from day one. Jason attended promptly to provide a quote and free boxes. Our move was split in two with the second part of our move being two weeks later. Day one went very smoothly with all the guys being very friendly and introducing themselves to advising us of their expectations as the day went along. Furniture fitted into exactly the right amount of containers as per quote. Lots of fun banter along the way on a day that could have been extremely stressful. Moving day two also went without a hitch. Guys were very helpful when our pool table didn't fit in the spot we thought it would. They kept smiling even though it was hard work moving into a two story house. Everything was put into correct rooms as the container was unpacked which was a huge help. Nothing was broken. Lots of communication and again banter with the guys. We would highly recommend Caloundra Removals

3 Bedroom House from Melbourne to Gold Coast late January 2018. Outstanding service provided from the very first point of contact and throughout. Very patient in accommodating several changes as we added/removed items right up to the last moment. Courtesy calls before the guys arrived, they used due diligence in itemising items before loading/unloading and did so with care. We did go over the estimated quote on the day due to adding more items, namely boxes as we miscalculated and were very appreciative they could fit these in the truck! Yes, we had to pay more, but we are grateful because ultimately they were the best-priced company by far, saving us $$ and giving us peace of mind. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Professional, friendly and oustanding at their job

From day one of recieving my written quote to moving day the whole moving experience was made a easy one with the Caloundra removals team, they really cared and wrapped all my furniture even though its was only a local move, the only damage received was to grandmas old china cabinet which was taken away to be fixed promptly without hesitation and will be returned again soon. My move was on time both for load and unload and the guys were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caloundra removals if your wanting a professional team to take the stress out of moving day.

Truck was too small to take all our goods. They went back and got some of the left items but more were still downstairs. One of ur mattresses has mud/dirt marks on it.

Other than the truck not being big enough to take everything to Dicky Beach, the service provided was very good. We worked out that in a week or 2 they will move the remainder of our furniture from our Ascot when we need another pickup of a from the store.

Very happy until I found washing machine bolts werent put in after especially asking for it to be done. Wyatt was exceptional he had no hesitation for anything we asked him to move thumbs up to him

The guys did a great job and were very helpful. The only reason you lost a star was because I was not informed at any time that the booking was a minimum of 2 hours. Ours was a short job and only required help for less than 1 hour, as was plainly relayed when booking. Otherwise we are very happy with the help.

Moved from a 3 bedroom holiday house, 2.5 km on the same road. Took 2 guys 2 hours to load the truck and I asked them could they drop 3 large pot plants around the corner to my Auntie, 5 houses to pass to get there. With that request they asked what do they get and they suggested Beer. When they left I bought the beer just up the road and when I arrived they were already at the new house. When they unloaded they went quite slow and took them 4.5 hours do unload, that way they finished by 3pm and would not have to work more. I have experienced this before particularly with companies versus smaller businesses. The load was very small - because I sold a lot of the furniture with the house and we had moved lots the weekend before ourselves. I did call the Sales Manager Adam and told him what happened and I still have not heard back from them. Very poor service will never use them again.
