At Cairns Total Physio, our physiotherapists will provide you with treatment options that can help alleviate your pain. If you are unable to visit our clinic, our friendly physiotherapists are happy to come to you! We provide in-home treatments including aged care mobility assessments. At Cairns Total Physio, our team can also conduct pregnancy Pilates, as well as shoulder rehabilitation. These exercises and treatments may assist in maintaining flexibility and mobility. Our clinics are conveniently located throughout Cairns, including the Sports World Fitness Centre, Cairns Redlynch Central Shopping Centre and Hargreaves Street.
