About Cairns Paediatrics
Occupational Therapy helps children who are facing challenges managing everyday activities - play, fine motor skills, regulating emotions or behaviour, and acquiring developmentally appropriate independence skills. Cairns Paediatrics occupational therapy provides assessment and evidence based intervention for autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, sensory processing issues, difficulties with toilet training, school readiness and behaviour support. Sharon Coles has over 20 years of experience as an occupational therapist. Appointments are available in the consulting room in Edge Hill or mobile services are offered so that children can be assessed in their normal day-to-day environment.
