Is cleaning my vinyl floors enough or should I strip and seal them?
This is purely an individual preference. Some vinyl floors don't come up well using a sealant but most benefit from having this extra protection, prolonging the life of the floor. The technician will use a rotary scrubber to remove any previous sealant. Then it will be washed and allowed to dry. Next, the sealant applied. A basic job consists of 4 coats of sealant, while a premium job has 6.
Can you clean tiled floors ?
Steam cleaning by hot-water extraction is the method we use to clean your tiles and grout . A rotary scrubber is used to ensure all dirt and grime is loosened. We then suck up the residue, removing the many years of wear and tear, making the entire floor gleam like new.
