Am only putting three stars as that is the lowest that local search will allow me to put Zero stars . Have had my gearbox repaired and it is still crunching in first second and reverse , and have been told by the mechanics at cairns automatics that they will not fix the issue as they claim they are not at fault.

I live in Weipa and wanted a full transmission service and flush on my Colorado. I spoke several times with Cairns Automatics about the fitting of a transmission cooler as well. There was no pressure or quick sell just the pros and cons. I opted to have the cooler fitted and the full service. I was very impressed with the service and installation. Cannot recommended Cairns Automatics enough. I will be going back when the next service is due!

Took my car in this morning to have transmission checked for flats. Car was there 4hrs had diagnostics and wiring checked when I pick the car up and asked what I owed him he said he found no flats and didn't have to fix anything there was no charge. Great service would highly recommend it. Cheers Paul
