Have dined at Mortels caffe several times per year, over the last 8 years. 4 of us dined there today for lunch, we all found our food to have been too spicy to enjoy. The writer lives in a local retirement village, containing nearly 300 homes, our friends are connected to a local Men’s Shed which has over 200 members. We are able to easily vent our disappointment to many people in our area. We have eaten in this Cafe many times in the last 8 years, but our disappointment has never been so high as what it was today. Naturally we are able to spread our disappointed views to many local residents. Sorry I do not have any photos to attach. Graham Wilson

Great experience with a group of 25 ladies for morning tea . The cafe was full apart from our group but service was quick and efficient, coffee excellent and the morning tea was varied and delicious . Highly recommended.
