Wendy n clan rocked up late, but she did let me know . I was under the impression they knew what they were doing. Well if these people knew what they were doing we wouldn't have lost our bond due to unprofessional work. work included, washing floors n wash walls where necessary, wipe cupboards, remove any marks on the walls, wipe out cupboards n sink. This was not done. There was handmarks on ceiling, also dirty marks all over front of air con. Carpet still had fluff on them, front door not done. Where furniture was, spider muck was still there, skirting boards not done, cobwebs visible. Windows had smudges on them. Took 4 people 4 hrs to do a soo called bond clean. In that act tme it should have been spotless, but it was disgusting. Wendy asked for a deposit which was given n the rest was paid when job completed. No invoice was given until a week later. Very disappointed, not recommended
