Byron Ballina Home Modification & Maintenance Service Incorporated

Byron Ballina Home Modification and Maintenance is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation providing home modifications and maintenance services to the frail aged, younger people with a disability and their carers. Our modification services assist in adapting your home to suit your current needs while our maintenance services provide help with tasks around the home. These services are designed to help you or your loved ones continue living independently at home.

For more than 20 years we have been assisting in the safety and well being of those people in the community who need support in order to live independently in their own homes.

Whether it is a modification to homes to assist in daily mobility or the changing of a light bulb, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest standards of client care and workmanship. All our building modifications and maintenance follow strict building codes and Australian Standards. All work carried out in our client's homes is performed by qualified and licenced tradesmen.

Our modifications are designed with the individual in mind. Assisted by qualified Occupational Therapists, we provide modification solutions to suit our clients' specific needs.
