I originally got By The River off the internet sight unseen. They installed an a/c unit and other equipment in a rental unit whilst the tenant was at work. The work was done professionally to my and my tenant’s satisfaction. They demonstrated they were trustworthy. Come time to put an a/c in my house I did not hesitate to call Brad and did not seek other quotes. Same result as before but this time I had to be off-site. One of the key benefits is his willingness to discuss options and bring his extensive experience to bear in advice given to optimise the outcome. Highly recommended.
