It is owned and operated by Peter Grant, David McCann and Marlene McGuire all of whom had many years experience in the bakery industry in large and small bakeries. After careers with a national bakery business, all three were made redundant when the bakery at Bridge Rd was closed (now the site of Nick's 24 Hour IGA). They purchased what was then The Baker’s Pantry with a staff of one.
