About Burleigh Powder Coating
Burleigh Powder Coating specialises in powder coating aluminium. We service all areas of the Gold Coast, including Burleigh Heads, Nerang, Currumbin, Bundall and Robina. Powder coating your pool fencing, balustrades, fencing panels and gates is not only a good way to give them protection from the unforgiving elements but it also allows you to customise the appearance of these items. To better suit your preferences, we offer more than 100 different colours. Our services are focused on uncompromising quality. Our expertise and experience—combination with our tried and tested workshop procedures—guarantees customer satisfaction and quick turnaround. Each item that passes through our specialised workshop is powder coated using an electrostatic spraying and then oven cured at high temperatures. But before that, sandblasting is used to ensure that all corrosion and contaminants are removed. This also etches the surface in readiness for the powder coating process. Bring your aluminium screens and awnings to us to provide long-term protection and a brilliant finish for them. Our personal service and high quality standards are also renowned on the Gold Coast for powder coating of car parts, wheels and motorcycle and bicycle parts. For quality powder coated finishes and quick turnaround, contact the friendly staff at Burleigh Powder Coating.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer sandblasting & burning services?
Yes we are a full service business. Just drop off and we do the rest.
Can you match a paint colour?
To save disappointment always pick your powder colours first as wet paint can be matched to powder but not visa versa. Colorbond colours are available & custom powder colour’s can be made, however they are expensive so not economical for small jobs.
