Beware. I took my pristine triumph Speedmaster here for a new tyre. The rear swing arm was badly scratched from the wrench hitting it multiple times. Then not long into the first ride following the tyre change I hear a loud knocking noise from the rear wheel. It seems the spacer hadn’t been replaced and the wheel bearings are damaged beyond repair as a result. Could have resulted in an accident. A simple tyre change here caused so much damage to my bike. To be fair, he has paid for all the repairs, but I won’t be returning. Sloppy workmanship.

Hi Paul, As per previous discussions with you, a sincere apology and offer of repair was given for this unfortunate accident where your swing arm was scratched. In regards to the tyre spacer, as no parts were left over after the tyre replacement on the day that the scratch happened and as you did not inform us of any noises on that particular day either, when you rode the motorcycle from your place of residence to the workshop and back home again, we cannot confirm that accusation from you. We encourage you to take your motorcycle elsewhere for any further repairs, tyre replacements and anything else it may require and any future motorcycles that you may own. Have a nice day.
