About Bruno's Truffles
Bruno has done a skilled Baker and Pastry Chef Apprenticeship in the Swiss city of Zurich before starting his own business in Canberra. Starting in Narrabundah in 1984 before moving to Mawson Shops in 2003 Bruno has produced some of the best local sourdough artisan bread and Handmade Chocolates with speciality products ranging from Chocolate Easter Bunnies, Christmas Cakes, Butter Puff Pastries, backyard produced Honey, Homemade Savoury Relish, Handmade Soap and more. Our Products are made on the Premises by hand from scratch using high quality local ingredients.
