They charge way much higher than the market price. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Do some research and get a reasonable quote from other cleaning companies if you don’t want to receive a ridiculous bill. Trust your research. Never trust their morality.

Hi Toby, we charge a fairly standard rate for the type of cleaning we offer. We also guarantee our work which is less likely with cheaper companies. I'd also like to point out that we don't commence work without approval, therefore offering ample opportunity for you to find the quote that suits you best. Given that I don't know what property you are referring to, I cannot give a more personal resolution to your complaint but if there are any problems with the invoice, please don't hesitate to contact us. After problems with other cleanera coming in and not following clear instructions, swapped over to this company and wish I had gone with them from the beginning, did everything I expected and more, don't recognise the place in a great way.

I was charged over $3000 for 48 hours work at $30 hour. Seem right? Get a careful quote.

Hi Robyn Elstub, after looking over the invoice for the property in question, you should be aware that we don't charge $30/hr and the work commenced under the property owner's directive. There was an excessive amount of rubbish left behind (approx. 3.7T) which we have no control over the costs ($37 per 100kg). There was only 21 hours of cleaning on the invoice, which you would also be aware of.
