Am so grateful Ben from Brocky’s TV gave me advice to purchase a new “Smart” TV. I Was very unsure&not wanting to let go of my years old&much outdated, complicated&giving me troubles TV&associated equipment. After listening to Ben&talking it all over with my family; i decided to “out with the old&in with the new” !!!!!! Ben suggested a TV to suit my room&ease of use&on my go ahead-arrived with the new TV, installed&gave advice&instructions of use. I really love my Smart TV&so far so good in working it all on my own-so easy to use with a wonderful clear crisp screen. One of the best decisions i ever made !!!! Thanks Brocky’s office staff&BEN. Just rang Brock's TV for advice on my Soniq TV and he was very helpful. Brilliant and did not charge me anything for the advice. Would highly recommend them.

TV under warranty had a fault and Brocky’s were assigned to fix. They came quickly took the TV away, before leaving they put my old tv in place so I could continue watching. TV returned today all fixed and excellent customer service was provided by Brian Short. Would definitely recommend this company and will now use the electrical side of their business.😁😁 Happy customer.

As I needed to get a new TV and wanting it installed on the wall, I thought I'd check out installers first. After much research and deciding Brocky's were best installers, (I told them they must be either very good or they wrote their own reviews!!!) I then found that I could actually buy the TV through them also. Being an updated 'Smart'TV, along with a digital recorder, I was a bit worried about understanding the workings of it all. I can't speak highly enough of them. They advised in my choice of TV and recorder, according to what I needed, and then Paul set it all up so it was already to just turn on and watch/record. He explained it all so well. I tell everyone to ring this company if they want a TV. Saves a lot of drama having it all set up to go, and the whole reception/antennae system was checked out thoroughly. As my reception has been erratic, they could have told me I needed a whole new antennae etc etc and I would have believed them, but they only needed to replace one cheap part. Definitely I wouldn't go past Brocky's for checking out/fixing TV reception or installation of TV.
