I updated my details with the young woman at reception. I waited for over an hour before I was called. The receptionist had not checked me in. The doctor apologised, not the receptionist. Then I was charged for a long appointment. Follow up visit a month later. Checked in with same receptionist,and gave her my new concession card. When I came to pay, I was asked to pay a fee. I enquired if that still applicable with the card? It would appear that the receptionist hadn't edited my details to bulk bill. The doctor is great, so I will persevere.

Great practice here at Mountain creek, so convenient for us to go up shopping and then to see Doctor visa versa, always very professional and the staff lovely happy to recommend the GP's to all
