I have ordered products from this Company for many years with minimal hassle Last week on Monday I phoned the accounts department to request a copy of an invoice so I could claim from my Health Fund, goes straight to voicemail to leave a message and they will return call within 24 hours. No call back by Tuesday afternoon, left another message Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with no response. I called again to the orders department, waited 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold, spoke to a lovely lady. She said she would contact the accounts department and to expect a call on Monday, no call as yet. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not, I repeat do not deal with this company. Looks like I will not receive a copy of my invoice and will lose out on my claim. I will be looking elsewhere for any products I require. Absolutely no stars for this company.
