Brightwater is a vibrant, new master-planned community. One of its key features is a shopping and healthcare precinct for local residents. Early in Brightwater's creation, Dr Innes was approached by the developers to be a key part of a modern community-focused medical, dental and allied health facility. After many years of hard work, the brand new purpose-designed Bright Smiles @ Brightwater dental facility opened its doors in 2013. The practice offers a proactive and preventative approach to dental care, a wide range of dental treatments, and a high level of expertise. Our team members are part of the local community of Brightwater, but their reputation has spread, with Bright Smiles at Brightwater now the preferred dental practice for many patients from all over the Sunshine Coast and afar. The Bright Smiles team consists of owner and principal dentist Dr Innes, Associate Dentist Dr Campbell and a great team of support staff. Dr Innes is a specialist prosthodontist, completing his specialist training and PHD in December 2014. Prosthodontics covers many areas of dentistry including cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry using dental fillings, veneers and crowns and tooth replacement using dentures and implants. Dr Innes has a PHD in dental ceramics, which has led him to be invited by companies such as 3M to speak on their behalf to other dentists in the profession. Dr Innes has also recently become the Australian Dental Association President for the Sunshine Coast and prides himself on being a supporter to all dentists on the Sunshine Coast. Dr Campbell has worked at Bright Smiles since December 14 and has a strong following in the community. Dr Campbell is a registered dentist who excelled during his studies at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Simon has a genuine passion for providing the best possible dental care for his patients.Dr Campbell enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, especially restorative and children's dentistry, and has perfected the art of creating a generation of kids that enjoy and look forward to coming to the dentist rather that be afraid. Dr Campbell is currently completing his Diploma of Orthodontics in Sydney and is currently changing and improving the smiles and lives of many exisistng patients at Bright Smiles
