Honestly, the staff at the bread basket are lovely but their food has a lot to live up to. "award-winning pies"? Not so much. It's a disappointment to buy a pie marked "Steak Dianne" only to find it mostly full of pie thickener and little to no meat. You keep eating it hoping you might get a nice mouth full of steak, yet when you finish it's been mostly gelatinous Dianne gravy. The sausage rolls are oily & overpriced. Used to be a great place for a good pie, I would recommend them often. Not anymore, unfortunately.

Thank you for letting us know you weren't happy with our Steak Dianne Pie and our Sausage rolls. We have reviewed our processes and spoken to our pie makers and trust that, going forward, our pies and sausage rolls will be back to our normal standard.
