Honestly, the staff at the bread basket are lovely but their food has a lot to live up to. "award-winning pies"? Not so much. It's a disappointment to buy a pie marked "Steak Dianne" only to find it mostly full of pie thickener and little to no meat. You keep eating it hoping you might get a nice mouth full of steak, yet when you finish it's been mostly gelatinous Dianne gravy. The sausage rolls are oily & overpriced. Used to be a great place for a good pie, I would recommend them often. Not anymore, unfortunately.
