About Braithwaite's Family Dental
Braithwaite's Family Dental has a proud history of dental service in the Manning Valley. Mark Braithwaite has practised in Taree since 1988 when he joined his father Brian in Manning Street. Brian had come to Taree in 1962 to take over the practice of George Ruprecht who had commenced in 1918. We take pride in our relationships with staff and our patients and their families. Mark has known many of his clients since childhood. Several of our team members have worked with us for decades, and have balanced raising their families with dentistry. Some of our staff have left to undertake university study and are now back at our practice as highly qualified health providers. All our professional staff are committed to continuing professional development, attending conferences and accessing current research and new techniques. Our team members are also educators at university dental schools and are involved in organising continuing professional education in the Australian Dental Association. Mark is the immediate past president and for many years previously the secretary of the NE Division of the ADA. In our dedication to providing the best care for our patients we put much emphasis on the long term evidence that supports our treatments. Braithwaite's Family Dental has been a QIP accredited practice for some years. This means we have developed policies and governance to ensure quality assurance and infection control through our sterilization procedures. Above all we want to establish your ongoing dental well being. We do our utmost to make your visit pleasant and a sound basis for planning your continuing treatment and care.
