Don't bother with this chap. Called for quote. Didn't turn-up so I called again. When finality turned up he said would next week. Hasn't showed up six weeks later. Definitely won't call again. If you are not interested in doing this job, why don't you tell me so !

I recently had a problem with the toilets in my rental property. The problem was remedied quickly and competently. I have used Brock on previous occasions and always found him professional and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for any of your plumbing requirements.

Absolutely disgraceful service! Failed to show up to the first scheduled appointment and had to be reminded. When he did show up he removed components from my hot water service and said he would return in the afternoon to repair it. Didn't come back. Broke four other scheduled appointments with lame excuses each time then stopped answering the phone and wouldn't return messages. How can somebody like this be in business? I am completely bewildered as to how he can be rated in the top ten plumbers in Mackay! Again, absolutely disgraceful service!
