We love the pavilion finish on our verandah and pool surrounds. Brett answered our questions and showed up on time. Not only does it look fantastic, it is smooth to walk on. Brett was very professional, reliable, tidy and cleaned up after the job was complete. Highly recommend him and the work he does. Thank you Brett and team.

We had an unusual custom job, and Brett worked with us to make it work. They showed up when they said they would, and did high-quality, professional work. Happy to recommend them to anyone who wants top quality.

Thanks for the feedback Keith, was a pleasure.

Our new workshop floor has been transformed thanks to Brett at Bradshaw Concrete Designs. We are a mechanical workshop and were looking for a solution to help preserve the floor and to keep it safe. The grind, polish and seal was an ideal solution, it's easy to maintain and looks great. Brett's workmanship is top notch and his attention to detail and innovation for new products is what makes Bradshaw Concrete Designs a step above the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is polished concrete suitable for outdoor surfaces/sloped areas?

It is not recommended. Polished concrete is an exceptionally smooth and flat surface which does not mix well with slopes or areas that are exposed to weather, as it can become slippery when wet. It is not designed to hold up to the outside elements on a full-time basis. We recommend pavilion finish for outdoor areas.

Is polished concrete suitable for bathrooms?

It can be done, although is not recommended. Polished concrete is not designed for constant exposure to sitting water and can result in the floor becoming slippery when wet. Achieving water proofing compliance of the concrete slab needs to be discussed with the engineer/certifier prior to any decisions.
