I the BR Building Group on Google and contacted them in early August 2023 to arrange a quote for an asbestos roof replacement on a property I was looking to buy and preparing to make an offer, taking into account the roof work. When I spoke to their representative on the phone he was pleasant and agreed to work on a quote. Unfortunately another buyer came in with a cash offer on the house out of my price range. I e-mailed BR Building Group representative immediately to tell him. Below is his email reply to me assuming I was selling the house in which I was the buyer. "Thanks so much for your time on this matter, obviously you have no concept of what goes into a quote , asking us, knowing that you were selling the house ! Hope your contract falls through !"
