Company came recommended, Contacted to request an appointment to discuss 3 civil matters, but would not be granted an appointment until I paid a $550 1 hr charge to see me about my cases. submitted an invoice and bank details and would not allow appointment until $550 fee was paid. This was done on final work day before Xmas. I questioned would there be a refund if they decided they did not want to act, the answer was NO, NONE OF IT WOULD BE REFUNDABLE!!!!!! They returned the week of the 6th Jan so I paid $1100 for 2 hours During this matter they kept telling me I needed a criminal lawyer for my civil action To my amazement the assistant told me they were now unable to proceed for some internal reason, which was completely baffling given I questioned initially about having to pay to work out if it could proceed was unusual, and ensured this was going to proceed after payment. And it didnt......
