Booked my taxi over a week ago to get me to bus stop on time to catch the bus…. Rang and checked my booking numerous times as heard taxis aren’t good here… well I am still waiting for this taxi. Can’t discuss it with anyone because it is only a machine that tells me we are trying to find you a driver!!! You had over a week to find me a driver if you didn’t have one maybe you could communicate that with me!!! Thanks for nothing but stress

Phoned for a taxi 10.39am it’s now 12.15pm and am still waiting, it’s all automated so you can’t talk to anyone..Thanks heaps for stuffing up my holiday, we won’t be back to Bowen

Dropped my car off to get a service the next day rang bowen taxis to book a taxi was told one would arrive as soon as possible. Waited at the taxi rank for 30mins then was sent a txt message saying they were closed for the night and opening at 6.00am the next day get your act together
