Fix Auto Darwin

I used this panel works company for an insurance repair. I spoke directly with the owner, who took photos of the damage. I specifically asked if they could also repair some additional minor damage while the car was there, and I was told this would be no problem. They had my car for a full week. When I collected it, none of the additional minor repairs had been done, and the car was returned with grey powder residue throughout the back area, in the door seals, and on the rear window. When I called to raise this, the manager was rude and dismissive. He told me I should have asked for these repairs again when dropping the car off, despite already discussing and photographing them with the owner. I asked to speak to the owner and was refused, being told “I’m the manager and that’s how it is.” The call was then ended by the manager. Very disappointing communication, poor customer service, and lack of accountability. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I had a rear end crash and it left a nasty dent to my car's boot. Kris is lovely, explained what they would do. He was meticulous. I didn't expect it to be finished in 4 days, well 3.5 actually, but it was! Would highly recommend them.
