This is the first time in many years that I’ve had a haircut I’m really happy with. My hair is thick and straight, so it really shows if a cut isn’t good - I always end up fixing things at home afterwards with my scissors! Jenny listened well and we happily engaged in discussion about what style I was after. Added bonus was Jenny cutting to suit my head and hair. Fabulous

Katherine was attentive, caring and professional and I am very happy with my hair. She took the time to really understand what I wanted. It didnt feel like she was just doing another stock standard cut and colour but instead felt she was providing personalised hair styling. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend.
