The vets itself was very good and kind they referred us to the puppy school attached to the vets we booked in a class but then my wife had to get a knee replacement or unable to attend the class the first one then she talked us into paying the full full rate upfront we did then of course that she had a hold of us and said you didn't attend the first lesson you must pay an extra 30 something dollars for that lesson and tried to get us will try explain my wife can't walk but she tried to get us to go to the next lesson we couldn't make it of course and she suggested a future course we agreed then she just sent us a text saying she's not going to put us in a future class I found her to be very uncaring and unhelpful and uncompassionate I think she should worry about her customers a bit more and not just a $30 fee
