Thank you Glenda & Martin for a wonderful mini retreat. Morning qi gong and thi chi were a wonderful way to start the day with Martin and the sessions with Glenda very intuitively planned and relevant for what me and Michael were specifically needing at this time. A good mix of mind, body and spirit under the care of two professional, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive people. Lots of great take away practices and information that we can further develop at home. Thanks heaps and we will be back for sure.

Glenda is such a warm and lovely energy to be around. I had several sessions as she helped me immensely with the holistic approach she uses in Polarity Therapy, balancing my charkas and life coaching. The Life coaching has been a fantastic aspect in my personal development! Glenda was also able to tune into what was coming up for me before each session a true gift as she was always spot on! Weeks after catching a flu I was feeling very strange within myself. My head felt like it was encased, I found it hard to focus on things, my appetite was almost nil and my stomach would feel full after one mouthful, and I had no motivation to do anything. After the session with Glenda, all these symptoms have gone and I feel quite my normal self again which I am most enjoying. Thank you so much Glenda for your skill, preparedness, caring effort and professionalism. I felt like I was in good, safe and caring hands from the moment I met her.

I've recently seen Glenda for three bodywork sessions. Not only does Glenda know her stuff, but she applies it in an instinctive and friendly way. She helped me to identify core issues and sent me away with some homework and tools to construct a healthier and happier life. The bodywork is brilliant! I left feeling lighter and brighter. Glenda really cares. I've been surprised (both times) with the level and quality of preparation she does beforehand as well as what goes into the actual session. There's only one thing I would recommend Glenda tweak and that's that she gives so much information that it can be hard to follow / recall later. I'm not sure what the answer is because Glenda is very professional and it's all good stuff. As I said, just a tweak, and certainly doesn't take away from a valuable experience. I look forward to implementing the exercises I've learnt and continuing to 'write a better story' for my life.
