The PXIII Ranger went to limp mode then stopped west of Bowen on my weekly trip from FNQ to CQ. Fortunately, a friendly BNT Auto mechanic was passing, arranged a tilt tray to their workshop. Polite, friendly staff managed to squeeze my vehicle in on a very busy, hot, rainy, Friday afternoon. A couple of hours later the vehicle was repaired and tested and I was back on my way, all for a very reasonable cost. A big thankyou to the excellent team at BNT Auto

Fabulous service by all staff.Matt, Sam, Bob and Tyson are the ones I met. Totally got my vehicle going...broken steering rack......very quickly and professionally. Many many thanks to all concerned. Highly recommend them!!

Matt and Ben are stand out folks. We had a problem with our Prado 100km north of Bowen on route to Brisbane. We phoned ahead, Matt arranged for Ben to inspect the vehicle as we arrived, it was diagnosed in minutes, a part was collected from another supplier in town and fitted. We were literally in and out and on our way in 1 hour. Incredible service. Thank you

Ben who’s the owner was very efficient in sending us his oncall guy whilst the shop was closed. Ryan the guy on call was lovely, very friendly and knew his job well. Extremely helpful . Thanks guys you saved our trip

Awesome guy. When no one else is around to help. This guy will. When everyone is shut. This guy isn't. I called everyone in bowen and no one picked up. I had a blown tyre and other was admittedly 4pm but like I said this guy isn't just there for you. He won't rip you off. Hes a great guy. Ben is his name. Itso just a shame that it was hard to find him through Google.

My car broke down about 35km north of bowen, and these guys were happy to help immediately. They have an awesome tow truck driver and great service, they even got my car back to Townsville on short notice and great prices
