My fav happy place ! The ladies are all so super lovely and welcoming ! Facials ,deluxe pedis ,waxing all done to the highest quality. I visit often and love their attention to detail! Thank you lovelies

No attention to detail and extremely rude I was treated with disrespectful and ignorant behaviour and the wax was not even done to preferably

Dear Amanda, We are sorry you feel so strongly about the lack of service you were provided. At no time time did we feel we were rude or disrespectful. In our defense, you were 15 mins late to a 30 minute appointment and we still accommodated you. When you came back into the salon 10 mins later and yelled abuse at our staff, we still tried to placate you and treat you with the utmost respect. You were offered another appointment, again to try to make you happy, which you canceled. We feel we have done our best to try to resolve your unhappiness and sadly have not been able to do so. We aspire to make Blush, a place of calm and beauty. We value your feedback and again apologise to not living up to your brow treatment expectations.

The women here are lovely and always do an excellent job. I was 20 minutes late to one of my appointments through no fault of mine, however they courteously fitted me in when I arrived, with no indication that I had inconvenienced them, which I am sure I had. That’s customer focused service, something sadly lacking in many places in Coffs Harbour.
