I would like to make a booking for 3 people for tonight 6pm and a nice table under the name Robertson Shona

My wife and I wanted dinner and coffee before I flew out. Ordered food and coffee and was told they had already turned off the coffee machine. This was 6.30pm. Clearly they had cleaned it early to make closing faster. Cancelled food order and went to one of the other 2 airport cafes that were open and serving coffee. I bet the owners don't know the staff are cheating and costing them business

I was at Blackstone while waiting for a connecting flight and while the food was amazing and the staff in the kitchen/baristers were doing an amazing job handling all the orders, there was a very rude, young waitress by the name of Sarah I believe. She rolled her eyes when I asked for my complicated coffee order and as I spent $50 on a meal at the restaurant, I wanted a glass of water but when all our food came I didn't get it so I thought I would go back and ask again. When I asked she grabs a cup, hardly fills it up and then slams it down on the counter and says, "There." Disgusting behaviour.

Whilst waiting for a connecting flight we thought to get some breaky but was after something decent and not fast food like. The eggs benny was fantastic, coffee was delicious, could have been a little hotter though. Apart from that they offered fast, friendly service. Keep up the great work! Recommended.
