Driver extremely rude. I booked a maxi online (Rockhampton) from train station at approx 8pm. Selected fixed price, though considering the time it would likely have been cheaper to go metered. Once we arrived the ai voice confirmed the price, then the driver asked how I was paying. I said card and got it ready while gathering my things. I tapped the card and as I did, noticed the price on the machine was higher than the fixed price. When I queried it, the driver told me it was the rules for paying by card etc. and that the fixed price was the "cash price". Nowhere does it state that the fixed price is the cash price and the driver did not notify me there was a card surcharge, so I argued the issue with him. My issue is not that there *was* a card surcharge, but that the fixed price info did not say it was the "cash price" and that the driver did not notify me of the card surcharge.

Got a taxi from airport, he had no idea where our motel was. Dropped us 4 blocks from motel, 8pm, drizzling rain, 2 very large suitcases . Thanks for nothing!
