They ensured everything was done properly and corners weren’t cut as their standard of work and materials is very high. These are all nice guys who work like champions. Also, Dean had plenty of ideas and solutions to any problems that popped up. He even offered us the option to do certain things ourselves if we wanted to save a buck here and there.

Dean went out of his way to offer options and alternatives to improve the build. Dean sought to solve any issues that arose, which are inevitable with construction, in the most cost-effective manner. He always maintained a highly professional approach. And because they are price competitive, my wife and I couldn't recommend Dean and his team more highly.

Black Diamond Constructions is highly recommended because we are so happy with the work they have done. To make our home beautiful, Dean and his team did an amazing job. It really has been our dream come true, and everyone that comes over cannot believe the transformation. We lived in our house during the renovations, but Dean always made sure the kids, and even the dog, were happy and comfortable even if it was a little tricky at times.
