No. We need a little downtime, so our offices are closed on Sundays & Public holidays.

How long is your hire period, and what if I need my skip longer than I originally thought?

Our standard skip bin hire period is 7 days. If you need your skip longer than this, please tell us at the time of your booking, or call us before the scheduled pick up. We need a little notice to arrange an extension and weekly rental charges may apply.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

Like most businesses, we require 24-hours notice to cancel an order. If you cancel your booking less than one day before it's due, 50% of the order total will be charged.

Do your bins have weight restrictions?

Some companies out there will actually weigh the waste you place in their skip and charge you for it… Not us! Binns Bins offer flat fees for the majority of our skip categories, so you know exactly what you're paying straight up. All we ask is that your waste is equal or less than the rim of the bin in accordance with NSW Road Safety Regulations.

Do you charge any additional fees?

We like to keep things simple. The rate you are quoted when booking is your total price for hire, delivery, pick up and tipping. That's it. The only time you'll be charged additional fees is by extending your hire, overfilling the skip, or having items in the skip that are not permitted.

What can't go into the skip?

Soil or fill, liquids or food waste of any kind, palm tree trunks, tree stumps greater than 30cm in diameter, and obviously no asbestos or any other dangerous/hazardous materials. This is also listed in detail on your invoice or receipt for clarity.

Really happy with the service and attitude with Binns. It’s good to have a skip company that finds solutions to get a bin where you need it and not find excuses why it can’t be done. I’ve had skips at short notice which has helped my business massive of late. Highly recommend.

Can you deliver or pick up my skip when I am not home?

Of course. Once your details have been confirmed and payment is processed, our drivers will deliver and collect your skip(s) following your instructions. This ensures you do not need to be at the site during delivery or pickup (unless your property is behind locked gate).

How big are your delivery trucks?

We have a range of differently sized trucks! If you have a particularly narrow or steep drive or entrance to your property just let our staff know when booking. We will make sure we send the best truck for your job.
