Rip off bad service doesn't listen to customer. What more can I say.

Kept waiting for 45 minutes for a BOOKED appointment and was then told that another hairdresser and not the one I had booked with would be cutting. When I complained, this was not well received. Kept waiting another 15 minutes. The hairdresser I had booked with then cut my hair with such speed and lack of regard that the cut was awful. Paid, left and walked around a bit then went back and said I wasn't happy. Her response was to ask me how to fix it. Um, I'M NOT THE HAIRDRESSER! She had another go and although my friend who saw the first attempt agrees it's a little better it is still really a really awful cut. Thanks for the Christmas Present Billy & Vince, hope you're never subjected to the disappointment I'm feeling. I am telling EVERYONE I know to avoid your business like the plague.

Very disappointed. Treatment did nothing for my hair and costed $60. Got my hair coloured and they missed under my hair. I wanted purple, my hair looks black. My family and friends say I could have done better doing it myself. They left a line of colour across my forehead. Colour costed me $160. Very disappointed!
