Everyone in the dealership seems to be on edge- dropped my car off to be serviced today and the whole experience was ordinary. The person that answered the phone sounded like a thug, the person that dropped me home didn’t say a word to me unless i spoke and when he picked me up when the car was ready didn’t say anything during the trip back to toyota - then the clerk argued with me about what was said on dropping the vehicle concerning the cost of the service ( she said that because the tyres were new they wouldn’t need to rotate them, therefore the service cost would be less than quoted ) on picking the car she denied she said that( but she did) the cost of that I didn’t care about but the fact that she said that she didn’t say it was concerning The whole experience was not what I expected

I made a second booking for Takata airbag change, after they had my car in for all day just to let me know when I went to pick it up that they didn't had the parts in so nothing was done. Today they let me know on the spot when I was going to drop my car off that they don't have the parts in. Toyota Gladstone keeps booking me in for appointments and sending me away on the day of the appointment!!! What is wrong with you guys I have better things to do!!!

Took my Cruiser in for a fault light due to a loose wire. They had it two days, charged $400+ for the loose wire, put 6 dents in my car and months later the same fault code is still appearing
