This is quit the worst place I have bought from in my life. They have ZERO customer service. I bought 3 bikes of them spent $7000 ordered some parts at the same time. I waited 2 weeks for parts I had to call them NO call to let me know those parts were there they lied to me saying they left messages on my phone and Facebook I had no contact from them they called be the liar. So I told them I no longer wanted the items they refused to give me a credit kept hanging the phone up on me this is by the far worst customer experience I’ve had anywhere in the world let alone Rockhampton. My advice do not buy from them especially the lady who runs the place. The poor kids working there are learning very bad lessons from them. Absolutely shocking.

Awesome service and cool bikes to choose from. The prices are so good too. you can't go wrong. Staff are helpful and know their products so you walk away feeling content. No issues.

Can't believe I was just shoppin around only to spend 2 hours in the shop and walk out with my new bike. Couldn't walk away from such a great price. Awesome service guys
