The ladies at the party area are hopeless and rude. I ordered 60 balloons. I planned to pick up at the back but they weren't ready. I went to ask about my order, the lady just stared at me and my friend weirdly not saying a word, didn't greet us or ask if she could help us with anything. We had to wait 50 minutes over the pick up time till they were ready. They gave me only 50 balloons at first, I asked if this was all of them, they counted and made more. I counted later, they gave me 59. I ordered 15 each of white, purple, blue and pink. I only got 7 pink. They asked me why I was even ordering that many, cause they were obviously bothered to make that many. I was waiting for them I was walking around the party area which they could see. When they were finished they didn't tell me just ducked under there desk. I was nice, polite, and patient. But the whole experience was just not worth it. If I make a specific order I expect it to be on time and to be exactly what I ordered.

I was after a blender they were advertising. Listed in stock at Earlville and Atherton gave them item number and model both stores after waiting 10 minutes at each. Neither knew anything about it in fact Atherton told me to go to Harvey Norman. Bad service bad attitude

I would like it known, that Jordan, who works in Big W Earlville 4870, in the mobile phone department, was so extremely helpful in helping us with our purchase of a mobile phone, and finding the problem with the phone, which turned out to be faulty, and was promptly exchanged. Jordan's customer service was exceptional, and I would like Big W management to recognise this. Ten out of ten
