Shutters are fabulous window coverings. They add a fresh look and cosy feel to a room, allow you to control the flow and direction of light and are easy to maintain. Searching for a company to provide your shutters can be daunting. We chose Bespoke Shutters and Blinds because we wanted not only to support local business but also to experience the personalised service that a family business provides. We got everything we wanted. Alex is extremely personable and knowledgeable, measured and installed the shutters professionally and with precision and provided a great product for a reasonable price. I received 6 quotes to have my aluminium shutters done, and they were all VERY EXPENSIVE. Alex was the only quote that was SUPER cheap and he was exceptionally professional at quote phase, so we decided to take our chances. Throughout the process of waiting for the shutters to arrive, Alex was SUPER communicative and had a REALLY professional approach. (Alex's integrity in honouring what he's promised, and his understanding/flexibility in the strange set up we had on our build - was FANTASTIC!!!!). We kept quietly thinking that for the price we paid, maybe install would be a problem. But Alex communicated well in the lead up to install, he arrived on time, his workmanship was clean and fast and the installed aluminium bi-folds WORK A TREAT, and look TRULY WONDERFUL! Thanks SOOOOOO much Alex, you are a BREATH OF FRESH AIR in our building process. I couldn't recommend you highly enough, and have already passed your number on to my friends who are renovating/building. YOU'RE THE BEST!
